Educate

To educate the public about and foster appreciation for the genre.

Watch GLO's TYA version of the Victor Herbert rarity, Prince Ananias

Thanks to a generous donor, Great Lakes Operetta was able to professionally record its 2025 production of the never-before-recorded operetta rarity, Prince Ananias (1894), Victor Herbert’s first full-length work for the stage. This historic production was specially adapted by the Great Lakes Operetta team to introduce young children and families to the joys of operetta. Thank you to our wonderful donor for making this recording possible, and thank you to Peckham Media Productions for the videography!
